Item functioned properly as it should before being removed from vehicle.
NOTE; Rip in one of the boots. Outers were apart of bumpsteer kit that is sold separate. Will have to replace band clamps on inner ends of boots. Had to be removed to separate inners from rack in order to make shipping cheaper.
