Item functioned properly as it should before being removed from vehicle.
NOTE:Functions and folds as it should without issue. Appears to be factory paint; could have been touched up though. All OEM components minus glass, looks to have been potentially replaced. Light stone chipping to front of mirror. Good amount of fading on base; car came out of Cali so it makes sense. Nice driver quality piece!
